DOSE is a community-owned platform built for the EU, by people from the EU. Our servers are located in the EU, and we are committed to protecting your data and privacy.
We believe ads compromise user experience and distort information. DOSE is committed to being ad-free, focusing purely on community and genuine interaction. We're building a sustainable platform that puts users first.
We believe in a social platform built by and for its community, not for profit. That's why DOSE is free from ads and invasive tracking. To support the community and make resource-intensive features like Squares, calling, and live streaming possible, we offer a "Member Supported" tier. By becoming a member (1 EUR/month), you help fund the platform and make it possible for us to focus on building a great community experience. In exchange, you unlock the ability to create Squares, call (audio/video) your friends, and stream live. No extra fees, no hidden costs, just a small monthly contribution to support the community.
We don't use algorithms that manipulate content. Our platform focuses on genuine community interaction and puts user experience first, not commercial interests.
DOSE maintains core rules that protect basic rights and respectful interaction network-wide, while empowering individual communities to set their own governance structures. This creates a balance between shared standards and local autonomy.
At DOSE, we are fiercely protective of user privacy. We believe you own your data, not us. We never share user data with anyone, you are not the product, and every profile is private by default.
